2. Nature of the service
Singlecompanion provides conversational AI companions for entertainment and social wellbeing. The companions are software; they are not human and not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate sexual content involving minors, to threaten or harm others, to violate any law, or to attempt to bypass safety systems.
4. Content and privacy
Your conversations are private to you. We may review flagged content to enforce safety. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singlecompanion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
